Solutions Corp from 1994-2005, John built the firm into a leading
software developer in the financial and manufacturing space. The company
employed more than 30 developers and grew to a multi-million dollar highly
profitable enterprise. During this time Konverge was awarded Microsoft
Gold Partner Status and earned a reputation for quality projects. A
portion of the company was strategically sold to a client who wanted to
maintain the strong services of the company.
Most recently, John has traveled to China, India, and Dubai with various entrepreneurial initiatives and serves now as a consultant. Combining his technology expertise and business vision, John leads with a focus on building successful customer relationships by helping customers set their sights on their customers. He began his career leading enterprise software implementations and technical software development projects for Fortune 100 financial services firms and manufacturers including The Royal Bank of Canada Dominion Securities, The Robert Bosch Corporation, Getronics Canada, and Charles Schwab Canada. John has a degree in Political Science awarded by the University of Western Ontario and has wide ranging skills varying from General Management, Sales, Marketing, Emerging Market Strategy, Project Management, Human Resources, Contract Negotiation, and an aptitude for Technology. Above all, John takes pride in his successful track record built through hard work and integrity. John has strong people skills and the ability to recognize opportunities while wrapping processes and people to leverage the possibilities that exist.
